At WINSURE DIGIMART PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure every product reaches you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 15 business days (Monday to Saturday). Unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, holidays, or courier delays may extend delivery time. We will notify you promptly if this happens.
Shipping charges
- National shipping: ₹99 flat for orders below ₹1,999.
- Free shipping on orders of ₹1,999 or more.
The delivery amount is shown before you place your order at checkout.
Shipment tracking
Once your order is dispatched you may receive tracking details by email or SMS. You can also check the latest recorded status on our Track Order page using your order number and mobile number.
Delivery locations
Orders can be delivered to residential or workplace addresses within India. Deliveries cannot be made to public areas such as hotels, restaurants, streets, hostels, or open locations. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier company will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that, the order may be returned to our facility.

Payment method
We currently accept cash on delivery (COD) for orders placed on this website. Payments are accepted in INR. Product prices include applicable duties and taxes unless stated otherwise.
